Randolph USA has some other great frames and lens styles to choose from. I simply decided to feature their Phantom 2.0 model due to its affordability.

SSP Methow Shooting Glasses

2. SSP EYEWEAR – METHOW KIT

MSRP: $150

www.sspeyewear.com

HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Semi-Rimless frame
  • Adjustable full-floating clear nose bridge
  • Comes with Six permanent anti-fog lenses

From SSP Eyewear: “For all shooting disciplines, the Methow Kit from SSP Eyewear provides the most versatile safety shooting glass kit available.  Trap, Skeet, Sporting Clay, and 5 stand, look no further, this is the best solution on the market.

To prevent blind spots, we created a clear adjustable full-floating nose-piece. Fits numerous face and nose shapes while providing an incredibly comfortable fit. You will forget you are even wearing these glasses.”

With six lenses included along with a nice molded carrying case and coming in at $150.00 these Methow glasses might be one of the best starting packages to go with. As mentioned in the description above they are also a great option for those who need an RX lens option.

Pink Beretta Mark Shooting Eyeglasses

3. BERETTA MARK EYEGLASSES

MSRP: $80

www.berettausa.com

HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Stainless steel personalized temple
  • Adjustable nose piece
  • Ergonomic lens shape

From Beretta: “Protect your eyes and maximize your focus on the range with the Mark Eye Glasses. The Mark eyeglasses are specifically designed for shooters to provide optical superiority and protection. They are made with poly-carbonate lenses and are available in 4 different colors.”

An important thing to point out is that you can not change the lens. There are 4 different color options to pick from but unfortunately, they are not swappable. However, because the price point is so low on these, you could buy 2 or three pairs in different colors and just swap out each pair depending on the lighting conditions for that day. For shooters who wear hats, I have even seen other people wearing one pair of glasses while storing a second pair on their hat.

Radians RSG-3 Shooting Glasses

4. RADIANS RSG-3

MSRP: $55

www.radians.com

HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Lightweight metal frames
  • Changeable lenses (included)
  • Wrap around temple arms

From Radians: “The Radians RSG-3™ shooting glass features a lightweight, metal frame with interchangeable lens design. Easily switch between 3 lens colors: Clear, Orange, and Amber. Kit includes a cleaning cloth, side shields, and premium fold-over case to store lenses.”

These remind me of the RE Ranger Classic Frames but at a much cheaper price point. Unlike the RE versions you are limited to only 3 lens colors for these Radians but the fact that all of the lens color options already come pre-packaged with the frames at such a low cost, there is really not a lot to complain about.

Ducks Unlimited Shooting Glasses

5. DUCKS UNLIMITED SHOOTING GLASSES

MSRP: $35

www.orvis.com

HIGHLIGHTS:

  • 5 polycarbonate swappable lenses
  • Ratcheting/adjustable frame at the temples
  • Adjustable nosepiece

From Orvis: “The best value in shooting safety glasses anywhere. Five sets of polycarbonate lenses-one for every sort of light condition-ensure your vision is always crystal clear. Wrap style sunglasses frame adjusts at temples. Includes breakaway cord, neoprene case, and microfiber cleaning bag. One size fits most.”

These are great all-around entry-level glasses that include multiple lens color options and adjust to fit most face shapes. Plus you can’t beat the price.
